Terms & Conditions

Installation is not included in the product price and may vary based on the products.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Unless specified, invoice tax is not payable under reverse charge. Please clearly mention supplies under reverse charge if applicable.
Physical damage is not covered. Improper cleaning methods, use of water, or low-quality materials may cause rust or damage.
In case of product breakage, Luxore India is not responsible for damage to flooring, marble, furniture, or surrounding décor.
If a replacement is approved, installation and scaffolding costs will be borne by the customer.

Luxore India is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by chandelier falls or installations, as such incidents may occur due to factors beyond our control.
