Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Pre-order or made-to-order items are dispatched within 2–3 business days after the product is ready or arrives in stock. Once shipped, customers will receive a shipment confirmation along with tracking details (where applicable).

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India through trusted logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on location, product size, and courier availability.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout or communicated by our sales team prior to dispatch.


International Shipping

Luxore India offers international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery timelines vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.

Any custom duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Luxore India is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international courier partners.


Packaging & Handling

All products are packed using high-quality protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.


Fragile items such as chandeliers and decorative lighting are handled with extra care and reinforced packaging.

Delivery & Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

In case of visible damage, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended for all lighting and fragile products to support any future claims.


Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, logistics disruptions, or regulatory issues.

Luxore India shall not be held liable for such delays.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

In case of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
