At Luxore India, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a transparent and fair return, refund, and exchange policy to ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
Returns
We follow a no-questions-asked return policy, subject to a 15% restocking fee calculated on the invoiced MRP.
Return requests must be initiated within 6 days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and with all accessories intact.
Customers are responsible for transportation or courier charges for returning the product.
Returned items must be sent to the nearest Luxore India store or warehouse.
All returned products undergo quality check and legitimacy checks before approval.

Refund Process & Timeline
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received in good condition, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
In case of a credit note (for products in perfect condition), issuance may take up to 2 business days.
Refund Approval
After approval, the refund is initiated within 24–48 hours from our backend system.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction, including:
Website orders
Orders placed through the sales team
Credit Card Refunds
Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank.
Experience Center Orders
For purchases made at our experience center via Net Banking, UPI, or Cash, refunds are credited within 24–48 hours after approval.
Amazon Orders
Orders placed through Amazon are governed by Amazon’s refund process.
Customers can initiate refunds through the Amazon App → My Orders section. Please refer to Amazon’s refund policy for further details.
Exchange Policy
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for broken or non-working products to help us raise the issue with the logistics partner.
Issues reported within 48 hours are eligible for 100% FREE replacement.
Issues reported within 7 days of delivery will attract a 15% charge on the order value, after which a replacement will be provided.
Complaints raised after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
Microscopic or non-visible defects noticed after installation will not be considered.
All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by Luxore India.
If a claim is found to be not genuine, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
